RESOLUTION NO. 2016-14

GIFT AGREEMENT WITH VANHOOSECO PRECAST LLC

The regular meeting of the Loudon City Council was held on April 18, 2016 at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Meeting Room.

Mayor Jim Greenway presented the resolution to approve a gift agreement with VanHooseCo Precast LLC.  

Jeff Vanhoose and Don Atkins generously donated needed materials and monies to construct a concession and restroom facility at the Tate & Lyle Amphitheater.  The donation resulted in the costs maintaining well under budget and expedited the project by three weeks.

The donated VanhooseCo Building is located at 1470 Roberson Springs Road. Loudon, TN. 37774.
